OYSTER BAY
- Oyster Bay is the home to an ample population of bluefish, as well as ideal waters for cruising and exploring the shoreline. On shore visitors will find beautiful sandy beaches and a plethora of restaurants and shops. Centre Island shelters Oyster Bay and provides boaters with calm conditions and gorgeous anchorages.
- Huntington Bay houses beautiful anchorage bays on Long Island’s northern coast. On shore, Huntington Bay offers visitors places to shop and grab some food.

- Crab Shell is Stamford's premier waterfront dining experience and they care very much for their boating customers. So much so that they have 11 transient slips just for their diners! The restaurant is located just a few docks away from our Stamford location. To reserve a slip you can reach the restaurant on channel 9 on your VHF or call the restaurant.

- For high-end waterfront dining, look no further than Prime. Their Stamford restaurant is right next to our Stamford docks, and their Huntington location is located, waterside on Huntington Harbor. Both restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, and reservations are recommended.

- The Wheel is an American style farm-to-table restaurant located in Stamford, adjacent to Harbor Point Marinas East on the east branch of Stamford Harbor.

- This family owned seafood restaurant is located on the beautiful Five Mile River in historic Rowayton, CT. The Five Mile River has a narrow channel so we recommend that if you choose to visit you be comfortable with close quarters maneuvering. The restaurant does have a pair of transient slips available which you are requested to reserve either online or over the phone.

SWIMMING DESTINATIONS
CAPTAIN'S LITTLE & BIG ISLAND
- Following your gps and charts closely you will enter Captains Island. Near the island is a good spot to drop an anchor and go swimming. If you do enjoy fishing it also is a great spot to catch stripped bass and fluke.
- Gps coordinates are 40°58′57″N 73°37′24″W
- There is not much transient dock space available in Greenwich but there are some amazing anchorages around the Captain Islands and in Greenwich Cove. There are also shallow waters for fishing and the pristine Island Beach, although you must buy a beach pass from the Town Hall.
- Ziegler cove is a great spot to go with the family and anchor or for the day! Very protected cove, this cove definitely is a popular destination for Stamford boaters!
- Shippan point is located right in Stamford, it’s a great spot to check out some nice houses from a far and put down the anchor an go for a swim!
FISHING DESTINATIONS
MARKER 32A, FISHING
- Fishing buoy 32a offers a variety of species of fish. You can catch sea bass, porgies, flounders, bluefish, striped bass, and if you get lucky sometimes you pull up a lobster! Be prepared with fresh clams or squid to fish 32a, you can also troll around the deep parts of the reef and hope for a big bass!
- Stamford reef is a great spot to drop an anchor and fish for porgies, sea bass and weakfish. Sometimes the big gator bluefish run through the reef, have your wire ready!
- The Cows is a great spot for late season black fishing. Using crabs will be the most effective way to snag one. The Cows also produces some great striped bass fishing from early June to late July! This great spot is less than a mile from Stamford Harbor.
- Todd’s point can offer some really good fluke fishing, sand bottom is where the fluke/flounder live, fishing with some squid and or spearing works well! Todd’s point is located just outside of Stamford harbor!
- The Noaa weather buoy about 4 miles from the mouth of stamford harbor and offers some world class striped bass fishing from late May through the beginning of July! From July through September the big bluefish move in and you can catch 20 of them in minutes!!!
